If you’ve been following along with my newsletter or my social media, then you know over the past several months, in fact pretty much since the beginning of 2023, I’ve had some health issues.  All of which culminated with my being admitted to the hospital and having two back-to-back surgeries to remove an extremely large malignant melanoma from my back.  Being in the hospital for almost three weeks and having surgeries left me weak, so I had to go to a rehab hospital to get my strength back.  Throughout all this, I rarely touched my computer and did absolutely no writing.  I couldn’t have felt less creative, because being poked and prodded and having all kinds of tests and procedures and therapies really doesn’t make you think about love stories and happily ever after.

Fortunately, I am doing much better, and I am writing and putting out books again.  The long awaited Joshua (which had to be pushed back several times and I apologize) came out and y’all said you loved it. 
I also wrote a surprise story for Ms. Patti, which just released.  This was my gift to my readers because you’ve been loyal and faithful and stood by me through everything.  I adore you! 

Now I’m writing Saving Salem, book #5 in the Cajun Connection series.  I’m hoping it will release around the end of February 2024.
I’m also working on Nick’s book, Texas Boudreau Brotherhood book #15.  He’s slated for release in April 2024 and is available for preorder now.  Nick’s one of Ms. Patti’s “Lost Boys” and showed back up in Shiloh Springs in Joshua’s book in a surprising way.

Can you believe it’s already Fall?  I admit, I do love everything about the autumn season.  The milder temperatures in the daytime and cooler at night.  The leaves changing colors (though not the cleaning them all up when they fall).  Sitting by the fireplace, sipping hot chocolate with a big dollop of whipped cream on top.  This year seems like it has sped by like a bullet train, headed for the holidays and I am NOT ready for those. 

On a positive note, I have good news.  First, Brian (Texas Boudreau Brotherhood Book #12) releases on September 27th.  I know people have anxiously waited to find out more about Brian, who is one of Ms. Patti’s ‘Lost Boys’, and he’s back in Shiloh Springs on the trail of a serial killer. 

The other good news is JOSHUA (Texas Boudreau Brotherhood Book #13) is available for preorder at all vendors.  Joshua hasn’t been around Shiloh Springs much over the last few books, but he’s back and he’s brought a HUGE SECRET with him.  One that just might change everything.  You can pre-order Joshua’s book now. It releases on January 23, 2023. 

April 2022

Wow, it’s hard to believe but it’s the end of April 2022!  This year is speeding by like a bullet.  And it’s time for a new book.  Liam (Texas Boudreau Brotherhood Book #11) releases on 4/26/2022.  This book was a challenge to write, but I think you’ll agree that it was so worth it.  Liam and Ruby need to overcome lots of obstacles before they get their happily ever after, and it’s a bumpy ride.  I think it’s totally worth it and hope you do too!

Next up is Brian’s book.  It’s available for preorder, and the links are on the websites BOOKS page.  Brian is one of Ms. Patti’s “Lost Boys” who’s been showing in in the last few books, and he’s about to discover it’s never too late, whether that’s becoming part of a family or finding your one and only.  It’s gonna be fun. 

And one final bit of news.  The Cajun Connection Series (formerly only available on Amazon/Kindle Unlimited as part of Susan Stoker’s world) aren’t currently available.  But don’t despair.  I’ve gotten the rights back for all four books, and I’m in the process of editing them, adding some additional content to each one, and I’ll be putting them up for sale again soon.  They will no longer be exclusive to Amazon but will be available at all e-book vendors.  I’ll make an announcement as soon as they are available, so keep your eyes on this site and my newsletter.  NOTE:  If you haven’t signed up for my newsletter, there are links here on the website.  Make sure you sign up for all kinds of goodies.

Happy Thanksgiving!  I have lots to be thankful for this year.  If you follow me on social media (and I hope you do!), you know the second half of 2021 has been trying, to say the least.  But things are looking up, and I’m getting back on track with writing and books.  Which hopefully means lots more Boudreaus in 2022, as well as a few surprises I’m planning.

Dane’s book (Texas Boudreau Brotherhood book #10) releases in 2 weeks, 12/07/21.  I can’t wait for you to find out Dane’s secret, the one he’s been keeping from everyone about who he really is and why he’s hidden the truth, even from his family. 

Next up after Dane is Liam.  Liam was in love and lost the woman who owned his heart.  But when bombshell news is practically tossed in his lap, everything changes.  Can’t tell you more, and give away the story, but… Liam’s book is up for pre-order and will release on 03/29/22. 

I’m still planning on writing stories for some of the secondary characters, like I did with Derrick.  The next will be Brian, who is one of Ms. Patti’s lost boys.  You met him in Chance’s book, and he’s back again in Dane’s too.

Wow!  June 8th is rapidly approaching and with it the release of Chace’s book, the latest addition to the Texas Boudreau Brotherhood.  If you haven’t ordered your copy yet, it’s available for pre-order now.  Don’t worry, there are lots more adventures coming for the Boudreau Brotherhood. 

I have been getting e-mails from readers wanting to know more about some of the people they’ve met while reading about Shiloh Springs and the Boudreaus.  People like Derrick Williamson, Daisy Parker, Gracie from the coffee shop, and others.  Because you asked (and I decided it was a really good idea), I am going to be writing stories for some of the folks who you’ve met and maybe a few you haven’t met yet.  They’ll be a little bit shorter books, but they’ll still have the same people you’ve come to know and love plus some mystery/suspense to keep you turning the pages.  We’ll be releasing them in between the Brotherhood books. 

First up will be Derrick Williamson’s story.  He’s been around since Antonio’s book.  He’s Antonio’s boss with the FBI in Austin, and he makes frequent visits to Shiloh Springs.  Most of us know it’s because he’s intrigued with the owner of the local diner, Daisy.  Derrick’s book is available for preorder, and it’ll be available on 7/30/21. 

Next up in the Boudreau Brotherhood will be Dane Boudreau.  I’ve got his book up for preorder too.  It will release on 11/08/21.

It has been a crazy few months since the Heath’s release in December.  Texas weather went berserk, the power failed, and we had temperatures below zero.  While we sometimes get low temps in North Texas, this was record-setting stuff.  Add in Covid still keeping people quarantined at home, and it’s been challenging.

I have a couple of good things happening.  Shiloh’s book (Texas Boudreau Brotherhood Book #7) will release on March 9, 2021.  Buy links are available on the books page.

Wow, 2020 has been a crazy year.  I’ve done my part, staying at home for the most part.  When I do leave the house, I always wear a facemask, and do my social distancing.  But, being isolated has been good for one thing—it’s allowed me lots of time to write. 

Heath’s book releases on 12/15/2020.  It’s book #6 in the Texas Boudreau Brotherhood series.  Heath was such a fun character to write, and he’s met his match in Camilla.  (If you’ve read other books in the series, you’ll know they met in a previous book and the sparks flew!)  Grab your copy and settle in for an exciting ride.
Shiloh’s book (book #7 in the Texas Boudreau Brotherhood) is on preorder, releasing 03/09/2021.  Shiloh’s on the hunt to find Lucas’ missing sister, and he’s not giving up without bringing her back to Texas and reuniting her with the brother she hasn’t seen since she was a child.  But finding her and keeping her safe aren’t quite as easy as Shiloh thinks.

It has been a wild and crazy summer, with the virus and shelter-at-home orders, but that’s given me extra time to write.  I hope you’re dealing with the total craziness and that you’re staying safe and healthy.  In book news, I finished Lucas (Texas Boudreau Brotherhood Book #5) and it will be releasing on September 15, 2020.  Next up will be Heath’s book, and it’s tentatively scheduled for release in December 2020. 
I’ve also had brand new covers made for the Lovin’ Las Vegas series, but the incomparable Elizabeth Mackey.  I love the new look and style of these covers.  Take a look at the BOOKS page here on the website, and you can see all the new pretty covers.

Wow, the summer swept in so fast, probably because things have been topsy-turvy for the last several weeks.  Between the Covid-19 pandemic, the shelter-at-home orders, and all the upheaval going on in the world today, I’ve pretty much hunkered down at home and kept writing.  If you’ve been checking, you’ll see the first FOUR books in the new Texas Boudreau Brotherhood (Rafe. Antonio, Brody, and Ridge) are available now.  The e-mails and reviews are rolling in, and readers love this small-town romantic suspense series.  People are falling for the Texas Boudreaus, their big extended family, and Shiloh Springs, Texas.  Who can blame them, because doesn’t everybody loves a cowboy?

Book #5, Lucas, is in edits now, and is available for preorder at all major e-book vendors.  It’s scheduled for release on September 15, 2020, so mark your calendars.  Next up in the series will be Heath (if you’ve read the series, you’ve already met Heath.  I can’t wait to start writing his story, since he practically jumped off the pages in Ridge’s story.

The last few weeks have been hectic but definitely worth it.  The Texas Boudreau Brotherhood series launched on April 14th and readers LOVE the new books.  Which is awesome, because I’m having a ball writing all about these Texas Boudreau men and telling their stories.  Rafe, Antonio and Brody are currently available, and Ridge’s book is up for pre-order and will be available on June 15th.  Lucas’ book will be going up for pre-order soon and will be available on September 15th. 

Also, the Lovin’ Las Vegas series is no longer exclusive to Kindle Unlimited and is available at all e-book retailers.  If you’ve been wanting to read the Vegas series, now’s your chance to pick up a copy.

I’m so excited my brand-new series, the Texas Boudreau Brotherhood, is live!  Books #1 and #2 are available now (you can grab the buy links on my books page here on the website), and Brody, book #3, is available for pre-order.  I have had such a great time writing this new series.  It’s set in a small Texas town called Shiloh Springs.  Don’t worry, though, just because it’s a small town doesn’t mean there isn’t still lots of suspense, action and adventure along with the romance you’ve come to expect from my books.  And, as always, there’s a happily ever after for the hero and heroine. 

These stories are filled with family, fun, mysteries and suspense, and I hope you’ll give them a try.  Rafe, book #1, is FREE for a limited time, so you might want to grab it before the price goes up.  I’m busily working on Ridge’s book, which will be coming out soon.  Enjoy!

I am really excited with the start of 2020!  I got the rights back for Desperate Choices, which was previously published by another publisher.  It has been re-edited and new content added and it’s back for sale at all the major bookstores.  It is available in e-book and print. 

I’ve also updated all the covers for the New Orleans Connection Series.  They all have a brand new look and feel.  Also a brand no logo for the series.  I hope you love them as much as I do. 

Also, all of the Lovin’ Las Vegas books are coming out of Kindle Unlimited and will be available at all major bookstores soon, and they’ll be available for purchase.  So if you’ve been waiting to read these contemporary romances, you’ll be able to get them at your local e-book retailer. 

And last, but certainly by no means least, I’ve got a brand new series coming that’ll be releasing in March 2020.  Texas Boudreau Brotherhood is contemporary romantic suspense set in small town Texas and revolves around a group of foster brothers who were raised by the Boudreau family.  Each one of the foster brothers will get their own book, and their happily-ever-after.  There will be plenty of suspense, romance, and some fun and interesting characters.  I hope you’ll love the new series as much as I’m loving writing them.  Remember, the first books will release in March 2020.  Keep your eyes peeled for a cover reveal coming soon.

I have exciting news!  All of the books in the Lovin’ Las Vegas series are now available exclusively on Amazon and are in Kindle Unlimited!  If you have Kindle Unlimited, that means that you can read these books/this series for FREE!  You can also buy them on Amazon too.  If you don’t have a Kindle e-reader, you can download the Kindle app on any device, and be able to read these books.  But this is an exciting opportunity for those with Kindle Unlimited subscriptions to be able to read the entire series for FREE. 
I’m also busily at work with the new series, coming soon.  The Boudreau Brotherhood is a spin-off series from the New Orleans Connection Series, and introduces you to the Boudreaus in small town Texas.  These are romantic suspense stories, and the first books will release this coming Fall/Winter.  I’ll keep you posted!

There’s a brand new book releasing July 9, 2019 in the Cajun Connection Series!  I’m so excited for everyone to read about Gabi Boudreau and Dylan Roberts.  Gabi is the last of the New Orleans Boudreaus, youngest daughter of Gator Boudreau and the baby sister of the Boudreau brothers you met in the New Orleans Connection series.  Dylan Roberts is a former Navy SEAL who was introduced in Saving Stephanie.  There’s a link to this new book under the Books tab.

In other news, I’m working on a brand new series.  It’s romantic suspense set in small town Texas, and yes, there are more Boudreau men coming.  (You didn’t think the only Boudreaus were in New Orleans, did you?)  I’m having so much fun writing about these heroes, and coming up with some (hopefully) intriguing mysteries, a little action and adventure, a little suspense, and bringing some unexpected romance into their lives. 
The new series is called The Boudreau Brotherhood and I’m looking at releasing sometime during Fall/Winter.  I’ll keep you posted as the time gets closer.

If you follow the New Orleans Connection Series, you probably noticed that the preorder for the next book hasn’t been posted.  That’s because I had some health-related issues (plus eye surgery on both eyes) which has forced me to push back the release date for Lethal Deception.  It will be coming, but not for a while, and I do apologize for having to push the date back.

In other news, I’ve done a complete revamp of the Lovin’ Las Vegas series, with brand new covers, new blurbs, and revised and re-edited the story in the first book (It Happened In Vegas).  I love these new covers, and think they reflect the tone of the stories, which are fun, flirty, and humorous contemporary romances.  I’ve also added a boxed set of the first three books, titled Lovin’ Las Vegas, which was just released.

And plans are in the works for a brand new romantic suspense series.  I’ll be giving you more information once publication dates get closer.  In the meantime, summer is coming, so get ready to gear up for those poolside reads, and grab one of my books to pass the time.  And don’t forget the sunscreen.  :0)

It’s almost release day for Spies Like Us!  I had so many people writing and asking about Gator Boudreau and Ms. Willie from the New Orleans Connection Series books, I knew I had to give them their own story.  That’s how Spies Like Us was born.  Release day is 1/31/17, and I hope you grow to love these characters as much as I do. 

And Jean-Luc Boudreau’s story is coming out in March, and will be available to preorder as soon as the links are ready.  You’ve met Jean-Luc in several of the New Orleans books, and it’s time for him to get his happily ever after—but first he’s going to have to go through a heck of a lot to get there.  It’ll be available at all the vendors for preorder.

The last couple of months have been hectic.  I’ve been busy writing brand new books in the New Orleans Connection Series, and Hidden Agenda and Saving Savannah are both live.  Hidden Agenda is Gunner Everett’s story and reader reaction has been fantastic to this latest addition to the New Orleans series. 

I’ve also put together a box set for the first three books in the New Orleans Connection Series (Connor’s Gamble, Relentless Pursuit, and Ultimate Betrayal).  For anybody who hasn’t read this series yet, this is a great place to dive into the beginning. 

Finally, my second book in Susan Stoker’s Kindle World, Saving Savannah, is live.  This is an Amazon exclusive and ties in with characters from my New Orleans Connection Series.  The feedback from readers on this book has been phenomenal and I can’t wait for you to read Savannah’s story.

It has been a pretty busy couple of months, which means you’ll be seeing a few new releases from me.  Wicked Obsession, book #8 in the New Orleans Connection Series, is out now!  This is Nate’s story and the reviews coming in are outstanding.  Nate is part of Carpenter’s Security Services, introduced in Deadly Justice. 

Hidden Agenda, book #9 in the New Orleans Connection series is written, and will be releasing at the end of October 2016.  This is Gunner’s book, and it starts off with a bang.  Gunner is another member of Carpenter’s Security.  More updates to follow with further details about a firm release date.

Saving Savannah will be my second book in Susan Stoker’s Special Forcers:  Operation Alpha Kindle World, and will release on November 22, 2016.  I had so many people asking (read that to mean begging) for me to give Savannah “Anna” her happily ever after that I had to write her book.  Savannah is the sister of the heroine in Saving Sarah, which released in July.  So mark your calendars for November 22nd, so you’ll be ready to pick up Savannah’s book.  I’ll post the cover as soon as it’s available.  (NOTE:  Since this is a Kindle World story, it will be exclusive to Amazon.)  This story is connected to my New Orleans Connection Series and will be book #10.

Wow, it's been a busy July.  I had two new releases during the month and they're listed on the books page here on the website.  First, there's Deadly Justice, book #6 in the New Orleans Connection Series.  This is Samuel "The Ghost" Carpenter's story—the one fans have been begging me to write ever since he showed up in Relentless Pursuit.  This book was so much fun, and I really hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it.

The second book that just came out is Saving Sarah.  This is part of Susan Stoker's Kindle Worlds, Special Forces: Operation Alpha.  (NOTE:  This book is exclusive to Amazon.)  When Susan asked if I'd consider writing in the launch of her very popular series for Amazon, I jumped at the chance.  In Saving Sarah, you'll see a blending of both her world of Navy SEALs along with characters from my New Orleans Connection Series.  Readers are LOVING this book (which always makes an author excited). 

So, pick up your copies of Deadly Justice and Saving Sarah, sit back with a cold drink, and immerse yourself into the steamy, sultry New Orleans vibe as you find your transported to The Big Easy for two brand new additions to the series.

There are lots of new and exciting things on the horizon.  I'm part of a brand new box set with multiple New York Times, USA Today Bestselling and award winning authors that will release on 5/24/16.  It's called Summer Heat and my story is entitled Sex, Lies and Apple Pies, and it's part of my New Orleans Connection Series, so you'll see at least one familiar face popping up in the story.

It has been a very exciting couple of months, and 2016 has definitely started with a bang!  First, let me offer a huge THANK YOU to all my readers.  I recently made the USA TODAY Bestsellers list, so I am now officially a USA TODAY bestselling author.  And I couldn't have done it without all of you.  Thank you so much.

I have several projects coming up for the first half of the year, so I'm going to be really busy with releases (and that means new books for you).  In January I released Match Made In Vegas, Book #6 in the Lovin' Las Vegas series.  Yours For the Holidays, Book #7 is also available.  (This was part of the Mischief Under The Mistletoe box set and is now available as a standalone story.)  In February, I released Wicked Wagers, a box set containing the first four books in the Lovin' Las Vegas series.  So, if you've ever wanted to try the Vegas series, the box set is a great way to start. 

Coming on March 2nd, I'll be releasing Could This Be Love, a story in Melissa Foster's Kindle Worlds, The Remingtons.  I was thrilled to be asked to take part in NYT and USA TODAY Melissa Foster's Kindle World, and you'll get the chance to read my book that incorporates some of her characters—although it is entirely my story and my characters. 

I've also got several more books coming over the next few months, so keep watching the news section here and my Facebook page for updates.  I've got another box set coming out, more Kindle Worlds (Susan Stocker's Kindle World), as well as a brand new New Orleans Connection series book coming soon.  And Tate's story in the Lovin' Las Vegas series.  Wow, I'm tired just looking at all these books.
